The show opened up with a highlight package of TNA Slammiversary followed by Mike Tenay hyping the big signing of Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, however The Aces & Eights’ music hits and Bully Ray came down to the ring. Bully introduced himself as the guy that defeated Sting at Slammiversary and said that the event has not being kind to Sting and says there is a rumor now that Sting might retire and that TNA has no more heroes because he’s destroyed them all and nobody can do a damn thing about it, so there’s only one thing left to do and that’s to put him in the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame.
